Stage one is a short form where you submit your debating and work CV.

Candidates who make it to the second stage will be asked to submit short essays.

Candidates who reach stage three will be invited to have remote interviews with Sam, Tejas, or Brian. In the rare case all three are conflicted we will ask an external member of the EA or global debating community to interview said candidate.
