Christian Tarsney
Christian Tarsney is a philosopher specializing in ethics and decision theory (especially issues related to cause prioritization and effective altruism), as well as philosophy of time. He's currently a research fellow and Assistant Director for Philosophy at the Global Priorities Institute, Oxford University. Eons ago, he participated in and then coached high school Lincoln-Douglas debate in the United States. As a coach, his students won various major tournaments including the Tournament of Champions and the National Middle School Forensics Tournament.

Jenny Xiao
Jenny Xiao is a Ph.D. candidate in international relations at Columbia University. Her research revolves around U.S.-China relations and AI governance. She is also broadly interested in international cooperation against global catastrophic risks. She is a policy advisor to the Effective Institutions Project (EIP), a mentor at the Stanford Existential Risks Initiative (SERI) and the Tianxia Academy, and an affiliate at Concordia Consulting.

Lewis Bollard
Lewis Bollard leads Open Philanthropy’s strategy for Farm Animal Welfare. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, he worked as Policy Advisor & International Liaison to the CEO at The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). Prior to that, he was a litigation fellow at HSUS, a law student, and an associate consultant at Bain & Company. He has a B.A. from Harvard University in Social Studies and a JD from Yale Law School. In a previous life they reached the grand finals of WUDC.
